Shipping policy
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day.
Shipping Areas and Rates
Free standard shipping is available to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Available shipping methods, applicable shipping charges, and estimated delivery times for these destinations will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Order Processing and Handling
Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day may ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time are generally processed for shipment on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer for backordered or temporarily unavailable items.
Estimated Delivery Times
For addresses in the contiguous United States, estimated transit time is:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days, where available
For Alaska and Hawaii, please refer to the shipping options and estimated delivery times shown at checkout. Transit estimates begin after an order ships and do not include processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the destination, carrier, weather, or other service disruptions.
Residential Freight Deliveries
Some large items may be delivered by a freight carrier. Please provide a valid phone number with your order. The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment, where applicable. Missing or incorrect contact information may delay delivery.
Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Any carrier rerouting, redelivery, or additional shipping fees resulting from an address change requested after shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once tracking information is available, we will email you a tracking number and link. If we become aware of a backorder or shipping delay, we will provide an update.
